Preventing and Managing Heart Disease with Healthy Life Style

Research suggest that if we modify our life styles, quite unhealthy behaviours, and adopt a healthy life style can help in prevention and the management of Congenital Heart Disease.

The following are some activities which are recommended for both men and women.

  1. Regular exercise on daily basis, if not possible, minimum 3 times a week.
  2. Healthy eating
  3. Avoiding Low-density lipoprotein, reducing cholesterol
  4. Quite smoking
  5. Maintaining Body Weight
  6. Estrogens replacement therapy in females
